I haven't been very good at keeping up to date with news recently - where does the time go?
The Borrowers
If you were watching TV over Christmas in the UK, you might have seen the new film of The Borrowers, starring Stephen Fry.
I had the pleasure of recording the title track for the film, a version of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas'.
I also got to go along to a special cast and crew screening of the film at BAFTA in London which was fun, although Stephen
Fry wasn't there which was a shame.
Female Artist of 2011
Right at the end of the year I was voted 'Female Artist of 2011' by readers of the online magazine Somojo; I was very
flattered to be nominated in the first place so it was lovely to win - a great big Icelandic thank you to all the people
who voted! You can see all the results here.
